Prior to founding DN Financial, Dennis supported various firms within valuation, healthcare, technology, and consumer packaged goods (“CPG”) industries.

With over a decade of experience of operating companies, Dennis has been a strategic leader, focusing on financial operations including restructuring, diligence, M&A, financial modeling, budgeting, controllership, and automation.

Dennis earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.
